The content on this site, including the field care guidance, is general information to help you prepare an animal for taxidermy. It is not a substitute for talking with us about your specific specimen, and it is not legal advice about hunting or wildlife regulations.

Wildlife laws are your responsibility

You are responsible for making sure any animal you bring to us was taken and possessed lawfully under Florida and federal rules. Waterfowl are migratory birds protected by federal law. We may ask for hunting and harvest information at intake and may decline any specimen whose lawful status we cannot confirm.

Mount work

Website content does not create an agreement for taxidermy work. The species, mount style, pricing and timing for any job are agreed directly between you and us before work begins. The condition of a specimen when it reaches us affects what can be achieved, so some specimens may not be suitable for mounting.
